Welcome to Wakiee — a platform designed for spontaneous, real-time conversations with new people across the world. To ensure a positive, respectful, and safe experience for everyone, all users must follow these rules. These guidelines form an integral part of our Terms of Service .

These Community Guidelines explain the standards of behaviour expected from everyone using Wakiee. They are designed to help create a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment where people can enjoy voice chats, video chats, Group Voice Rooms, and community discussions. By using Wakiee, you agree to follow these Guidelines together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy .

Wakiee combines AI-assisted moderation, human review where appropriate, community reporting, and platform enforcement tools to help reduce abuse, spam, harassment, and other behaviour that may violate our policies. We continuously review our moderation practices, technical infrastructure, and community feedback to improve user safety while supporting respectful communication for everyone.

1. Age Requirement (18+)

Wakiee is a service for adults only. ALL USERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Access by minors is strictly forbidden under any circumstances, including with parental permission. By using Wakiee, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Users are expected to use the Report button to flag any suspected underage users — this helps support our multi-layered human moderation system to maintain safety and compliance.

2. Respectful Behaviour & Prohibited Conduct

Any form of illegal, harmful, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate permanent ban. This includes, but is not limited to:

Abuse & Harassment

Do not insult, bully, threaten, or demean others.
Hate speech, racism, or discrimination based on gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, or appearance is forbidden.
Use respectful, positive language in both chat and video.

Nudity & Sexual Content

Absolutely no nudity, partial nudity, or sexual behavior of any kind.
Do not display or imply sexual gestures, body exposure, or adult content. Video chats must remain appropriate and focus on your face.

Illegal Activities

Do not display, encourage, or discuss illegal acts.
This includes drug use, violence, or any form of self-harm.
Displaying weapons or dangerous items is strictly prohibited.

Spam & Solicitation

Wakiee is a personal communication platform, not a marketplace.
Do not promote websites, social media handles, or products.
Unsolicited advertising, spamming links, or repeated messages will lead to a ban.

3. Appropriate Use of the Platform

Wakiee is designed to encourage respectful conversations, cultural exchange, language practice, social interaction, and meeting new people. Users should not misuse the platform for harassment, unwanted solicitation, exploitation, or behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines.

4. Identity & Authenticity

Do not pretend to be another person, organization, or brand.
The use of fake identities, filters, or pre-recorded videos to impersonate someone else is forbidden.
Always show your real live video — no replayed or altered footage.

5. Spam, Advertising & Disruptive Behaviour

Any form of advertising or disruptive behavior in text or video is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or commercial content.
Showing printed signs, posters, or advertising material.
Directing your camera at any object or screen instead of your face.

Keep the experience personal and interactive — that’s the spirit of Wakiee.

6. Platform Security & Integrity

Using unauthorized software, scripts, or automation tools is forbidden.
Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or manipulate Wakiee’s system.
Any such activity may result in a permanent ban and legal action.

7. Moderation & User Responsibility

Wakiee is committed to maintaining a respectful, welcoming, and safe communication platform. To support this goal, we use a combination of AI-assisted moderation, human review where appropriate, community reporting, and platform enforcement tools to help identify behaviour that may violate these Community Guidelines.

Users can report inappropriate behaviour directly through the platform using the available reporting tools. Reports may be reviewed through AI-assisted systems together with human moderation where appropriate. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, removal from conversations or Group Voice Rooms, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

Some Group Voice Rooms may be managed by room creators or designated room administrators. Depending on their permissions, moderators may mute participants, remove (kick) disruptive users, ban users , or lock rooms to help maintain respectful discussions. Room moderation operates independently from platform-wide moderation actions.

You are responsible for your own behaviour and any content you share.
Treat every user with respect regardless of nationality, gender, language, religion, or background.
Protect your own privacy and respect the privacy of others.
Use the Report feature whenever you encounter behaviour that violates these Guidelines.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from Wakiee.

We regularly review our moderation policies, safety practices, technical infrastructure, and community feedback to improve user safety and maintain a positive experience for everyone.

8. Protecting Minors

Wakiee strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from accessing the platform.
Report suspected minors immediately using the Report button.
Sessions found to involve minors will be terminated instantly.

9. Privacy & Content Responsibility

Do not record, screenshot, or share any chat without consent.
Conversations are temporary — Wakiee is designed so that conversations are temporary. Limited technical or operational information may be processed where necessary to operate the platform, improve reliability, investigate abuse, support moderation, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Always respect others’ privacy and boundaries.

10. Blog & Community Standards

Do not post spam, offensive language, or unrelated links.
Stay on-topic and avoid self-promotion.
Do not include personal contact information in comments.
Comments may be removed if found inappropriate.

11. Reporting Violations

Use the Report button for any rule violations.
Reports are reviewed by moderators for action.
False or abusive reporting may lead to penalties.

12. Advertising, Cookies & AdSense Compliance

Wakiee may display advertisements through Google AdSense and other trusted ad networks. These third-party vendors may use cookies to deliver personalized ads based on user interests and prior visits.

By using Wakiee, you consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy . You can manage or disable personalized ads through Google Ads Settings .

Wakiee complies with Google’s Publisher Policies and ensures that user-generated content is actively moderated to maintain AdSense-safe environments.

13. Enforcement Actions

Violations may lead to immediate disconnection, suspension, or a permanent ban. Wakiee may report illegal activity to authorities when required.

14. Updates to these Guidelines

Guidelines may be updated periodically to improve safety and moderation. By continuing to use Wakiee, you agree to the latest version.
